I'm PHP and MySQL illiterate; but I just wanted to know if it was possible to import member accounts, forum posts and content from an old version of XOOPS on one server (2.0.7) to a new server on the newest version of XOOPS (2.0.15)

Frankly........

yes.


and you can even downlod the patches to take you from 2.0.7 to 2.0.15

upgrading is perhaps the best way if you don't have suficient php/mysql knowledge
