My Site - Flight Sim Center

Ok. Here is my site: Flight Sim Center. I have been using XOOPS for about three weeks now. The site's main thing is downloads. Now I have 250 MBs of downloads. I also have a new IPB forum integrated into XOOPS but nobody really uses it yet . Hope you like the site. please review. If you want to see all the features (like downloads, images, etc.) you have to sign-up. Enjoy!

What is going on with my site? My site is Flight Sim Center. It's not the theme I don't think because I didn't change anything. Please Help. Thanks.

EDIT: Fixed it. I didn't upload the theme properly.

Just design a index.htm temporary splash page upload it and rename index.php to index2.php or something like that. Then when someone goes to your site the browser will bring up index.htm. To put your site back online delete index.htm and rename index2.php back to index.php. Hope this answers your question!

To change the logo replace the logo.gif image under /images/. I'm afriad I don't think there's anyway to tranfer data though. Also I don't know how to edit links.

I can't help you with your problem but i can answer your other question. cpanel will not automatically update XOOPS but you can do it manually under the install page by clicking update when a new version comes out.
