to view the results in the poll block with uot having to re-vote again...I want them to see the results only

and I want vistors, that means not only members of the site can get that option...because i simply don want people to register in my site

i would really like to know why you guys chose XOOPS instead of php-nuke
php-nuke seems a lot more popular
i went with the XOOPS because i believe its at a better security than php-nuke
but what other advantages is there for XOOPS over php-nuke?

and what advantages does php-nuke have over xoops?

the only thing is that i dont know what is smarty exactly and their website isnt making it any clear for me
i just know it has to do with making themes with out effecting the code
is it like software or a script or a new computer langugae?

what is smarty?
