After install i give an error with smarty error
i dont read file system_block_login.html and system_block_mainmenu.html

my peoblem is with xoops
my other programs dont have any problem

Hello

I have successfully installed XOOPS 2.0.7.3 on IIS 5.1 (Windows XP Pro SP1) with PHP 4.3.9 and MySQL 4.1.7.

When I click the link to view my webpage after the installation process is complete, all I see is the XOOPS banner, 2 dead links (Login and Main Menu), and a footer graphic.

hello

I installed Xoop2 and when I runhttp://xoops/index.php, I get blank page. In debug mode, I get this massage:

Warning [PHP]: chmod(): No such file or directory in file D:\sitedata\Inetpub\wwwroot\xoops\class\smarty\Smarty.class.php line 2062
Warning [PHP]: touch(): Utime failed: Permission denied in file D:\sitedata\Inetpub\wwwroot\xoops\class\smarty\Smarty.class.php line 1575
Warning [PHP]: fetch(D:/sitedata/Inetpub/wwwroot/xoops/templates_c\db%3Asystem_block_login.html): failed to open stream: Permission denied in file D:\sitedata\Inetpub\wwwroot\xoops\class\smarty\Smarty.class.php line 1164

i set permision directory template_c , cache , uploads
with read & write.
i have windows server.
