Why I can not save the block setting?

I just found I can't save the setting of block.

It occurs when I edited 'WF-Section Recent', I want to diable 'Display Image' and enable 'Display Summary' and limit its length by input 200. But after I submit this form, it doesn't active. And when I edit it again, the content restore to its original one. Why?

How to modify the mail content

I want to define the mail format and content sent by XOOPS system. for instance, when new user took the registration in my site, i will receive a promotion mail, and also this user will receive the mail used for activation... now i need to make these mail more personality. but i can not find it's administration page. anybody can tell me how to do?

whether set its fonts or remove it from main menu, i want to know where i can define it. anybody can help me?

as you suggested, it works well!
but here then comes another question that is how to display this headline module without log on? i mean i want anonymous can check this headline module, too. and this doubt also exists in block display. some customed block i defined can't be displayed to anonymous.

I want to display the status of my project which was located in sourceforge.net in my xoop site.
like xoops.org did, they added their XOOPS project status in every page.
how can i realize it?
