Hi,

maybe I'm just to stupid - but I can't figure out how to edit a template file.

In the templates manager I can click on either "preview" or "download" for a specific file and when I click on "preview" I can do just that: previewing. I can edit the source text but then I can only click on a submit button labeled "preview" My changes will not be propagated into the database.

So what's the meaning of the template manager at all?

Any help will be gratly appreciated.

hello metropolis,

before you are able to make changes on a templateset you must make a clone from the default or upload another templateset.

set this clone active in admin-> preferences and you will have a button "edit" on these clonefiles..
