Is XOOPS work on the below server configurations..

General server information:
Operating system Linux
Service Status Click to View
Kernel version 2.6.9-1.667
Machine Type i686
Apache version 1.3.34 (Unix)
PERL version 5.8.7
Path to PERL /usr/bin/perl
Path to sendmail /usr/sbin/sendmail
Installed Perl Modules Click to View
PHP version 5.0.4
MySQL version 4.0.25-standard

cPanel Build 10.8.1-RELEASE 113
Theme cPanel X v2.5.0

Please any one give suggestion on this using PHP 5 configuration?

capturing user IP in xoops 2.0.0.5

Hi,

I would like to capture User IP(XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX) into users table while registration process. How can I accomplish. Any right Direction is of great help.

Displaying two blocks of same module in one block ............

Hi,

I would like to display two diffrent blocks like Pical Minical calendar and Upcoming events...

my idea is two create a dynamic block with php and calling the two modules..like this
echo "<table><tr><td>block one calling</td><td>block 2 calling </td></tr></table>";

My problem is code: how can i call the two modules in a customized block??

Hi,
I have a security question about xoops. Does the portal software have anti-spamming built-in? Specifically, is it a closed relay to prevent spammers from using us XOOPS user to send spam?
