Interesting. Once I replaced the header.php and footer.php for the 2.0.13.1 with the header.php and footer.php of the od version the information came right up. There wouldn't be any ill effects for running these files from an earlier version would there?

Hi....

I just finished upgrading to 2.0.13.1, and ever since the upgrade, any custome block I have made comes up blank. Also, I'm noticing on new modules installed, the language values for that module are not translating, for instance, in the language folder, if "Please submit your inf here" is the value for "_MI_CONTACT_INTRO_DEFAULT" it doesn't show Please submit your info here, it shows _MI_CONTACT_INTRO_DEFAULT. May be unrelated, I don't know.

Could this be some kind of permissions issue in 2.0.13.1?

Please Advise,
Sincerely Confuzzed,

D'oh!

Forgot that I had to change the permissions on the mainfile.php in order to do any changes to it. It's working now.

Thanks guys! You;ve made me and my 3 users very happy!

I tried deleting the white space in cpanel, but everytime I save it the white spaces come back.

I know if I upload another mainfile.php, I'll have to basically upgrade my whole version of Xoops.

What can I do here?

Hi....

My user.php is showing up blank when my members click on the "View Account" link. However, when an anonymous user clicks on it,they get the login page like they should.

Any idea how to fix?

Take a look at your theme.css file (root>>themes>>theme.css) There you should find all the css code for forums, and all your other mods. Then it's just a matter of playing with the hex colors until you get what you want.

Hope this helps.

I like phpadsnew also (although they recently put out a new release, so I believe 2.0 is outdated now.)

There was also a phpadsnew module, but I couldn't get it to work. The stand alone seems to work just fine tho.
