but the "main menu" doesn't appear in the block at all. But if you go to this page:

http://penangforward.com/modules/news/article.php?storyid=2

The main menu is at the middle, how do i get rid of this and make the main menu to the left?

the main menu is not listed in the block

Hi,

I am a newbie here, I am not sure why the Main Menu navigation didn't show up? I try to go to admin-> block, cannot see the main menu block there as well. When I go to admin -> groups, I can see the main menu block is under "center" category, when I tick the check box, it doesn't show on the center as well. How do I make it show up?

Thanks in advanced!

I saw this thing had been done here:http://www.catscity.com

the webmaster combined news, forum, comment, event, etc in 1 page. Anyone knows how can I do this?

Thanks in advanced!

Hi,

I have download a custom page module here:

http://www.4mps.org/modules/4mpsdownloads/download.php?id=1

I try to change the about.html pages, i put quite a number of column there. I don't know why my page layout get very messy when i upload it to the site.

Please see it here:

http://www.penangforward.com

when I upload it to a single page, it looks just like the one I created:

http://www.penangforward.com/about.html

Is there anything I can do about it?

thanks in advanced! :)

thanks for your super fast reply!

I did the following:

check all the visible button to "yes"

Edit the following:

Show blocks visible in : Forum
Group: Anonymous
visible: Yes

click "go"

but the forum still didn't show up on the main page when I did not log in.

Thanks for helping me!

Hi,

I have been trying to search this forum and unable to get the answer. After I install XOOPS on my site, the navigation menu on the left, like home, news, forum, etc didnt show up until I need to log in with my username, then, only I can see the menu on the left.

My new installation site is as below:

http://www.manage.centralweb.biz/xoops/

How do I make it show up as soon as the visitor visit my site without a need to log in? such as www.catscity.com?
Also, I notice that when I type the domain link, www.catscity.com, it will redirect the site to www.catscity.com/modules/news, I notice this also happen when I type www.xoops.org.

Sorry for troubling you with my dummy question, thanks a million for your kind answer!
