Forum..Flat versus Threaed

How do i set the forum to stay in a threaded format? It seems to be in flat mode by default. I can click on word flat and change it when in forum, but want to know how to have start at threaded. Thanks Randallh

White screen at index

I tried some of the stuff I could understand. When I try to access the admin.php this error comes up.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: redirect_header() in /homepages/34/d102072049/htdocs/admin.php on line 41
I have seen this with exoops, but i can't recall what i did to get it workin'

Install on root

I have installed all contents of the html folder to my root on my hostserver. I still have an index.html file on root, is that why I can't get any thing to work?
