HI
I'm at the last resort stage to try and rid the site www,xdcam.com.au of the current overlay of 'top posters' and a portion of a XOOPS banner on the opening page.
Any suggestions most welcome.
Many thanks
Mal

Only able to post in Opera.

hi
Disabled all extensions and add ons, rebooted Firefox - still the same. In fact I had to bring up Opera to reply to your forum answer.
Using PC and Windows XP.
Kind regards,
Mal

Can't Post News With Firefox

Hi
I have the following problem when using Firefox with XOOPS. Every time I try to post 'news' or respond to a question in 'forum' in any of my XOOPS websites, they won't post.

I always have to open in a new browser like Opera or IE and repost there.

The problem has been consistent on various versions of both XOOPS and Firfox.
Regards
Mal

I'm having similar problems but only when I use Firefox browser (for the last couple of versions).
Already on 2.0.15 of XOOPS
Opera and IE are ok. Feel it's a Firefox issue - any suggestions?
Regards
Malcolm

Hi
I've been using XOOPS for about 3 years with great success and I really think it's great, however since I had my 'host' assist in upgrading to 2.13 I've had nothing but trouble. The 'host' has also attempted to update 'image gallery' with no success.
I really think the problems have arose due to the way the site was upgraded.
I've given up on any more assistance from the host provider and am seeking assistance from someone with 'greater knowledge" (hopefully from Australia to chat). Feel free to contact through PM or email.
Thanks all.

It does say "Module File for debaser not found"
All the files are and folders are there. I must admit 'debaser' is not the only program that won't appear in modules admin. Just can't work out why some modules are ok and other not. It may be the host provider if this is the case.
Thanks for your help.

I think I'm missing something, although relatively new to XOOPS, I just can't get debaser into the Modules admin area.
Can someone shed some light on this as it would be a great module for my site. I've tried chmod 777 and 750 with no success.
