You probably don't want to do that or you will lose rss feed abilities.

Hello
I'm aware of that, but as i'm not able to trick the code to do what i need and because the information on my website are confidential (no access to unregistred members), my only choice is to delete or rename this file, Since it doesn't take account of group permission.

Hello in adition with this topic.
remember website with no access to anonymous.
i discovered another one !!!
Backend.php, just go to www.yoursite.fr/backend.php surprise you will see all news.
that include the news that are normally blocked for anonymous.
solution: delete that file !!!!

I'm not sure if is that what you mean but if so, set the right permissions in userprofile.
Admin - Userprofile - Permissions - choose: Profile accessible by these groups

Sorry but as anonynous all input are uncheck.
I found a solution !! in "system_userinfo.html" i put all the code in one test
<{if $user_ownpage || $xoops_isadmin}>
system_userinfo original code
<{/if}>

i think this could be an option in the core, that Anonymous could not see information about registred users.

hello.
I have a small problem. (Version 2.5.6)
I have a website that is accessible only to registered users. (This is an intranet for a company)
that's mean that without login there is no news, empty site.
My problem is that when you access the site without being connected via userinfo.php? uid = 27
like the exemple here on xoops
https://xoops.org/modules/profile/userinfo.php?uid=18803
the site displays the real name of the user in question.
and this is not good for the use that I did.

Someone has an idea, how to do that it is nothing to display, when not connected.

In advance thank you
