xcgal ecards: "server can't send your e-card"

Hi,

I'm a big fan of the XCGal and am currently using the 1.1 version. However, when I try to send a ecard, the response is "Sorry but the server can't send your e-card..." The ecard is then stored so it can be picked up, but the email isn't send. I am able to send emails via the contact form for example, so I guess the email is correctly configured.

Can anybody advice me on a solution?

How about your webserver config? Is PHP SAFE_MODE activated?
What does the php-debug say?

PHP Save mode? I don't know. I didn't manually activated it. I'll have a look at the PHP info. I can't find anything about the save mode...

Hi, thanks for your suggestion.

But it still fails. I got the following debug message;
