Blocks --> Custom Blocks in there a new HTML block create.

All link and menu system codes put this block. After Visible and Weight options settins change.

Your problem may be System modules. Are you transfered new XOOPS version from to your system blocks (or systemm modules)?

I'm News 1.3 RC 2 installed but...

Hi Xoopers,

I'm using News 1.1 version and I do updating News 1.3 RC 2 but I can't see modules admin panel and link I only seeing Prefences. I read "Upgrade.txt" and do all it. Now it not working. How can I do???

(my XOOPS ver, 2.0.9.2)

Hi Xoopsers,

I'm from Turkey, and I longly time working on the XOOPS and I want open XOOPS Turkey.(I buying xoopsturkey.com anda xoopsturkiye.com)

But turkxoops.com have just already.This site is XOOPS Turkey Offical Sites(!) is it really and what I doing?

your site is very nice but your sites haven't footer.php!And your themes colour change is like

siteniz hoş fakat footer.php görünmüyor.Birde tema renklerini biraz daha açmanız daha olur sanırım...
