First install finished,But can't login as admin!

When I finished install,But i can't login as administrator
When I add a common user,He can't login also.

I debug checklogin.php at line 80

echo $url;

The $url ishttp://www.eeee.com/html/
I think it must be wrong!are right?

Please help me!

The file checklogin.php in include must be wrong!But I can't find it!
