First install finished,But can't login as admin!

When I finished install,But i can't login as administrator
When I add a common user,He can't login also.

I debug checklogin.php at line 80

echo $url;

The $url is http://www.eeee.com/html/
I think it must be wrong!are right?

Please help me!

Did you copy the files in the html-path to the root of your domain before you started the install or not?
