Thanks! I did use the search. That is how I found this thread. The link you gave worked perfectly!

I am looking for this solution as well. I am using xdirectory and want to remove the "submit" "popular" and "top rated" links that come up after selecting the xdirectory. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone figured out how to add a listing to more than one category? I got to looking at the database and the CID is currently an INT field. I don't know much about mysql, but is there a field that the CID can be changed to that would allow each listing to be in more than one category?

I am having the same issues. Here is my thinking. It has to be a server issue because I am able to login to this site and post so I know it isn't a firewall issue. I am at a loss and hope that someone knows what is going on or can suggest some ideas.

I am wondering what it would take to allow businesses to select more than one category. For example, let's say that for a premium a business could be listed in more than one category.

Even if there isn't a premium charge but rather them clicking ctrl-c to select more than one category would be a great addition. I am going to play around with this and see what comes. If anyone already knows how to implement, please post info.

Thanks

Anyone point me to the correct file that would allow me to delete the sub-categories in the main file (submit, topten, etc)? I have only one category of businesses and do not want to allow submit or viewing of top ten, etc.

Thanks

Figured this out. I edited the file in modules/system/templates/blocks/system_block_mainmenu.html

I'm most sure that this takes away submenu items for all modules, but in my case it works as I have no other modules that use submenues. However, if someone can point me to where the change would be made in this module, I would appreciate it since one day I might need it.

I agree and wonder if builderb is just too busy. If anyone else has the beta code for the module that are testing it and could upload it or something that would be great.

OK. Got it! I had a permissions problem with the templates_c folder. This is strange because I have never changed it. Is this a known bug? Anyway, I am glad that I figured that one out.

I am unable to access the site admin by using the bookmarkhttp://dfwcoaches.com/home/modules/system/admin.php?fct=preferences.

However, I haven't closed the window that I was using the above url for since I am still able to access the admin section. This is very weird.
