It appears your installation did not go well. The module directory should be present in your root directory. Check the downloaded zip or tar file for the XOOPS version you tried to install. Look in its html folder to see if the module directory is there as part of the package.
If it is you could try uploading the module folder to your root then go to your site and log in again. Then go to your administration/system/modules and see if they are there and can be installed.
You may have to delete the database that was created at install and then all the XOOPS files from your root and try a fresh install if the above doesn't work.

I have recently converted back to XOOPS 2.0.13.2 and want to install a store. Having been enlightened recently by Herko (thank you Herko and others) in regards to the XOOPS versions and module issues I would like to be sure to use the right module. It doesn't have to be the oscommerce module(s) but they seem to offer the entire gambit of what I would like to have available as my site grows.

If I have this right--Since I am now using XOOPS 2.0.13.2 then I should use the older version of Xoopsshop Oscommerce 0.2 because it says Platform 2.0.X and not the Xosc which says Platform 2.2.2. However the Xosc version of the module includes some updates which I feel are important and security related for the oscommerce.

Is there an updated version of the Xoopsshop oscommerce 0.2 with the updates to the oscommerce? If so-where can I get it? Or does anyone have a better suggestion for a module to use for a store?

This is where you can make the change for the Lost Password title color. Although, I don't know why it shows black in FF. If you want it black in IE too then change the below color hex to #000000 and that should work for both IE and FF. But when you do this it will make all block titles for the center column black as well. Not sure if that is what you want...

The change to make is in your theme folder themes/theme_you are_using/style.css:

td#centerCcolumn legend.blockTitle {padding: 3px; color: #639ACE; font-weight: bold; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px;}

You might be able to use MyPage. Where the hmtl goes you can use the html iframe tag to call your php document. I think it will work.

You can read more on it here.

Take a look at your theme_blockcenter_c.html, theme_blockcenter_l.html, and your theme_blockcenter_r.html files.

I believe the adjustment(s) you want to make are in those files. The theme style.css controls the content within the columns and there tables etc. Theme theme block files have a div style= which I believe controls what you are wanting to do.

I vaguely remember seeing something on this and I know it must be annoying. Would be for me too. If I find anything I will let you know. In the mean time a Suggestion for you.

Post a new thread in the Module Installation and Troubleshooting Forum. Include information for:

version of XOOPS you are running?
server system
php version
apache version
version of newbb/cbb you are running
etc.

I'm pretty sure phpbb will see it there and help you out. You might even try Private Messaging phpbb to see if he can help. If anyone can he should be able to.

Let us Know.

There are many places this could be and without seeing your site it is difficult to say exactly where to change it but here is what you are looking for in the style.css(which as BanditX says, probably located in your Theme (theme folder of the theme you are using).

It could be in the css for the Body or it could be somewhere else like BanditX points out which pertains specifically to the location of where the text link is you are trying to modify.

In any event you want to look in your style.css for this type of class or instruct. There could be more than one place this code could be inside the style.css so all you have to do is find the right ones for the specific location of the text you want to change.

The a below is the active link with color etc. (what shows before it is clicked on.

a
{
color: #FF6600;
text-decoration: none;
font-weight: bold;
}

The a: hover is what will show when the mouse curser moves over the link.

a:hover
{
color: #004080;
text-decoration: underline;
}

Xoopity doo dah, xoopity aye, my oh my what a xoopity day!

I use a program called phpadsnew. There is a XOOPS mod version of this in the module repository if you can figure out how to install it. I just did a google search and downloaded the program and installed it using the developers instructions. Works like a charm.

I haven't ever used dreamweaver but it sounds like a url path and or smarty tag problem. Can you do a view source on the blank page? Or go into your file on your server and check it with another type of text editor to make sure all the paths and smarty tags are in tact.
