We might also consider starting a bounty system. Members could donate to a project and when an agreed amount of cash is reach the project could then be picked up by a coder. Guide lines would have to be drawn up of course.

This is a very busy time for the XOOPS community. Core developers and most active module developers are working hard toward the next release of Xoops. Its a big change and doesn't allow much free time for those active in the community.
Explain what it is you are looking for in case I am wrong. Perhaps someone needs a breather from their current project and would welcome a freash one.
