Looking for a module that would work for a jokes libary

I'm looking for a module that would work for a jokes libary. Not sure if anything out there I can make work for one. I'm pretty much a newbie but willing to learn I would like it to have the ability for users to submit a joke and then I would approve it. It would go into a catagory and then other people could vote on them or make comments just like some of the albums work.

If this is possible to do in XOOPS already I really don't have a clue how would one go and do this.

I had to do a jokes section myself and I use the module Articles. It allows users to submit a joke, then the admin approves it. Minor hacking/editing of words and viola, you have a Jokes Module.

Why not go for the obvious - myDownloads?

You can use that module for just about anything if you play with the templates
