I also remember a later version of weBLog and although tried and used XPress, found it sluggish and complex, even went to the full wordpress but found that slow and too complicated. I always liked WeBLog and only stopped using it because of trackback spamming that I couldn't stop

I am sure I remember before the hack that someone had picked up this module and run with it a bit further than 1.41, who was that and what happened to its development.

I think this module does not work with recent versions of mysql, it needs some rewriting

Invalid default value for 'time_changed'

this is in effect a bump as I am stuck, having looked at other posts and deleted the admin cache, I still can no longer get to the admin.php.

After some time of not looking at the admin section I need to do something but

I get this error message

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /*****/admin.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

the rest of the site works fine, login is good just access to admin

the bridge from what I have read in the smf forum is a little flaky. I wanted something that was more unified.
