weblog 1.46 - where is it? download link wanted.

I read on other place on the forum that the module Weblog 1.46 is available, however all the links provided for downloading it no longer exist. Could someone please let me know where I can download it.

I didnt see 1.46, but 1.41 is in the SF.net Files for the XOOPS Project

I currently have 1.42 but it has some problems. I have read that others are using 1.45 and 1.46 - so I am hoping to get 1.46 (at least something newer than 1.42)

I have weblog 1.46 I think I downloaded it from xoops-magazine.com from memory. It doesn't appear to be there for download anymore though.

If you don't have any luck finding it, PM me your email addy and I will send it ;o)

I cannot recommend the module to you to use. The module XPress (Wordpress 2.0.5 for XOOPS) is much better.

After seeing your post Rene, I thought it's about time I installed Xpress, I have a question which may be quite stupid ;o).

I see there is the ability to import post from other recognized blogs systems, ok there is no weblog import as such but it seems to suggest you can import from RSS files (in the Control Panel of Xpress).

Is it possible to do this from weblog, if so how would you do it.

I have lots of blog posts in weblog and would hate to lose them or do them all manually.

I have used both XPress and Weblog and I actually like weblog better.

Just for some reason when I installed weblog this time - post.php is not working, coming up with a blank page.

I also remember a later version of weBLog and although tried and used XPress, found it sluggish and complex, even went to the full wordpress but found that slow and too complicated. I always liked WeBLog and only stopped using it because of trackback spamming that I couldn't stop

Why does everyone recommend xpress / wordpress? It is totally worthless. You would think that a project such as XOOPS would have a blog module that works right. How hard is it to make a functional blog module? Wordpress sucks when it's NOT plugged into Xoops. Why would anyone make a module out of it?
