WF-Section pdf problem

With a pdf file when I try to load it it would take a long time and lock the browser and when finished it would display garbage (not render the pdf file properly).

I am using Linux with pdftotext installed and within the PATH.
Anything I need to do?

Also why use pdftotext and not just pdf reader?

I'm also using WF-Section 1.01a

I tried the above mods but it dosent seem to work.

It comes up with

and when I try to go to the index page directely I get Quote:
Selected module does not exist!

although I do get the XOOPS header and footer with the blocks.
Any help in this would be appreciated.

I have this same problem, although I just made a modification on my theme.html and then cleared the templates_c folder. I tried to reinstall the theme but that didn’t work. I also tried to use the user.php but I still get the blank page.

What web server are you using? With Apache you would have to modify the DirectoryIndex line and include 'index.php'.

This Hack worked for 2.0.5.2 but with the upgrade to 2.0.6 it doesn’t. Any new hack for this that will work in 2.0.6?
My private forums names can now be seen by everyone although they can’t view the posts, just the private forum names.

I really really need a fix. Please Please

No luck..
Still the same errors, although I still get the mail.

EDIT: I am modifying the 2.0.5.2 version not the 2.0.6 version.

I tried that, adding the [] in the line:
window.document.".$this->getName()."[].".$required[$i]->getName().".value == \"\"

But it still doesn’t work although I do get the mail

I looked for it in the 2.0.6 but could not find it.
