Hi, I upgrade XOOPS 1.3 to XOOPS 2.0 with no error.
But when I start the page (index.php), why I have the blank page....???
Help me please.....

It could very well be your theme. Try to login using user.php, and then going to admin.php to the admin panel. Then, go to system admin -> preferences -> general settings, and turn on php-debug. Then, return to the homepage, and you'll see error reports about what is going wrong and producing the blank page. If you need help with those, post them here

I have this same problem, although I just made a modification on my theme.html and then cleared the templates_c folder. I tried to reinstall the theme but that didn’t work. I also tried to use the user.php but I still get the blank page.

After you replaced the theme.html back to the original, have you again cleaned templates_c? And nobody can help you when you say 'blank page'. This can come from hundreds of things. So please turn debug on (please use search if you don't know this) and then report the errors.
