Does anyone have one of these that i can use with xoops. I cant get my server to default to index.php after my install. It keeps saying no page found. Can someone please help me.

What web server are you using? With Apache you would have to modify the DirectoryIndex line and include 'index.php'.

its on a windows server i just need that file to put on this server for it to work

if on a window's server, and using IIS, you need to goto the internet information services snapin and select the website,
right click, select properties->documents, then add index.php to the list
