According to the GPL licence the developer of a GPL product cannot withdraw the product once distributed.

This automatically means that copyrights are not violated if this module is in use on any website or if the module is distributed.

A developer can only withdraw his support for the module.

The biggest advantage of using DIV's instead of tables is that it makes a page load faster. In most themes it is best to use DIV tags only, no tables.

Probably your theme has a dark grey background. Can you check in the code with class is for the mastop_publish wysiwyg area? You might be able to fix it in your theme css file.

The best recommendation I can make is to find a good phpMyAdmin tutorial. Personally I think the tool is pretty straight forward and easy to understand even if you never used it.

A warning for inexperienced users thought, it is easy to ruin your XOOPS setup as well when changing settings directly in your database. Know what you are doing before you do it, there is no 'undo' button like in excel .

Yes you can, in phpmyadmin find in the table 'config' where column 'conf_name' has value = 'auth_method'. Column 'conf_value' is LDAP or whatever you selected. Change the value in the column 'conf_value' to 'xoops' (or whatever authentication method required) for that record.

Can you turn on php debug to see if there are any error messages when you look at the info page in English or in Dutch?
