I'm not using cache, and I have tried clearing my local browser cache, could you look and tell me if you get the same thing in the code?

Bit of a mystery, do you know where the code is being pulled from, so I can edit it directly, incidently as well as emptying the templates_c dir, I have also tried replacing the default theme folder with the original, and none of that worked, so it must be getting it from somewhere else. Thanks for you help so far tjnemez, if you have any other ideas please let me know. :)

Where does it update to, I know it caches to templates_c, but I've tried updating that, and deleting the files, so they can be re-created, but it must still be getting the code from somewhere else inorder for it to still be the same code. Is it in the database? as I have seen code in the xoops_tplsource table, but it did not match the source code from the browser, is it that its not updating to the database?

When I had the site running on my comp to build it originally, I had Zone alarm running, but it's now hosted with 1&1. I presume that when you look at the site you get the same thing?
