Sorry, or do you mean this, from the templates manager?

<div style="text-align: center;">
<form action="index.php" method="post">
<{$block.theme_select}>
</form>
</div>

but I don't think this is relevent, did you mean what I posted above?

just out of curiousity, go to system admin -> preferences
-> Meta Tags and Footer [Edit] and see what you have in there for footer.

Re: problem with theme code

Where does it update to, I know it caches to templates_c, but I've tried updating that, and deleting the files, so they can be re-created, but it must still be getting the code from somewhere else inorder for it to still be the same code. Is it in the database? as I have seen code in the xoops_tplsource table, but it did not match the source code from the browser, is it that its not updating to the database?

Re: problem with theme code

Bit of a mystery, do you know where the code is being pulled from, so I can edit it directly, incidently as well as emptying the templates_c dir, I have also tried replacing the default theme folder with the original, and none of that worked, so it must be getting it from somewhere else. Thanks for you help so far tjnemez, if you have any other ideas please let me know. :)
