There are also a few modules that let you create (and manage content of) extra menu blocks, like iContent, MyMenu, Multimenu.

A lot of the Zaja / 7 Days themes are fixed width.

You might find this article interesting. How the Adsense count is made is not exactly a transparent process. I think Google excludes certain things it believes are 'invalid'.

Was the Adsense count lower than the XOOPS banner count ?

I did a little bit of tweaking of the weblog templates to even out the spacing etc recently. If this looks like it would be useful to you let me know and I'll send them to you.

Admin user cannot connect to database

Hi

One of our people is having trouble submitting content into XOOPS from their laptop (this problem is specific to their machine, which runs Windows XP and IE 6). They have administration rights, but when they try and submit content (for example a new link) they get the following error:

Network of Aquaculture Centres in Asia-Pacific Error
Error Code: 0013
ERROR: Could not query the database.
Error:

I thought it might be a firewall problem as another admin user reported the same issue, which was resolved by disabling an installation of Zone Alarm.

However, in this case the user doesn't have a personal firewall (other than the built-in firewall in Windows XP, which I have disabled). They can log in ok.

I'm a bit stuck for ideas. Any suggestions ?

Thanks

Hi Svaha

Nothing tricky. I sliced up the magazine into individual articles and uploaded them all onto the server, then just typed links to the individual files in the description (in the regular manner). The main link still leads to the complete version of the magazine for people who have the bandwidth to download it.

A bit fiddly, but it was the only way I could think to tie all the articles together in one spot. Only have 4 issues per year, luckily

Simon

Hi

We just used the Downloads module for our 'library', leaving our links module free, you can see it here.
