Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! for fixing this! I spent a week trying to find some other webmail solution.

BTW - Any thought on turning this into more than a popmail browser? Wouldn't it be cool if this could be built up into a webmail application that could let users create their own webmail accounts under your domain name? Just a thought. You may already be going that direction with it.

Hello Xoopers!

I'm having a problem with the Symantec Virus Alert Module. The mod installed fine, but when I put it up on the page, it was blank. I think I'm just not getting the feed. I even tried adjusting all the chmods to 777, and nothing.

Any advice?

Sincerely Confuzzed,

Yep, that was the problem. Somehow, it got set to SMTP Mail, instead of PHP Mail(). Once I set it back, it worked just like it was supposed to.

My site is athttp://christmania.com if you'd like to have a look. I'm still pre-launch, so there are some things that I deliberatly have the permissions turned off for, but if you'd like to have a look around, feel free to have run of the site.

Thanks so much, guys!

Hello...

When new users register at my site, they are able to register, but never seem to receive the notification email. They get the following error message:

"You are now registered. However, we were unable to send the activation mail to your email account due to an internal error that had occurred on our server. We are sorry for the inconvenience, please send the webmaster an email notifying him/her of the situation."

Has anybody seen this before? Is this a XOOPS error, or is it something in my email configs?

Please Advise

I agree. I think this would greatly ennhance Xoops. To be able to offer users the ability to not only browse their email through a Xoops-based browser, but also to create a completely independent webmail account via Yahoo! or Google would be awesome.

I agree.

It seems like a pretty nifty little module, and I think has a lot of potential, once all the bugs are ironed out. I tried downloading SqMail first, and it was 5 times the size of this little mod, and had just as many bugs. I would love it if this became a core module for XOOPS 3!

Hello....

does anybody know of any good PHP Editors for Mac? I know that EasyPHP is supposed to be good, but it's only for PC. I'd love some advice on what to get, where to get it, and how much it'll cost

Thanks

Unfortunately, I'm not quite PHP lit enough to be of much help, I think. But I did have a question, as I was cruising the module. I didn't see a link anywhere for the helpdesk you were talking about.

Also, will the text be editable? Would it be possible (in admin maybe) to insert a short blurb of text before the services form, to convince customers why your hosting service is better than everybody else's?

Just a couple of thoughts
