I'm not sure, what exactly you mean, but if it is only regarding the terms used, you can change them in the appropriate language file:

XOOPS_ROOT/modules/system/language/YOUR_LANG/blocks.php

Just replace the string, after the constant. Example

define("_MB_SYSTEM_VACNT","View Account");

define("_CONSTANT""The constant gets replaced with this string, in the actual mod code.");

...instead of 'View Account' you just want 'Check Yourself'...

define("_MB_SYSTEM_VACNT","Check Yourself");

First I couldn't identify your problem, as I use the more secure and standard compliant Firefox browser, but can now see it in IE, so this is an IE only problem!

And I'm not sure where the problem is, but just change the background colour of td#headerlogo from #ffffff to #b1c5d6. You will still have the border, but it will look estheticaly more pleasing (sorry I don't have more time to look into this, but maybe someone else will come up with a better answer, for the time being this should help you out though)

If you upload the content of the html folder into your root folder, you'll have access to your XOOPS site athttp://www.yoursite.com/

If you upload the (whole) html folder into your root folder, you'll have access to your XOOPS site athttp://www.yoursite.com/html/

It's your choice, no rule given

If you ask a question multiple times, you will find it hard to get an answer. People like me get pissed off by such behaviour

But a little tip, try the search functionality to your right! Your questions have been asked multiple times. Further read the documentation and the FAQ, which you can access to your left

@wtravel: your assumptions are absolutely accurate.

If you delete the actual module folder before a 'clean uninstall' (using the function in modul admin), then XOOPS doesn't know what files and tables it stored/created, and needs to remove on uninstallation. This again will lead to headackes down the track....been there had that

ALLWAYS use the Modul Admin uninstall-function!

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is a complex subject.

May I suggest taking a look at what a search on xoops.org reveals on the subject, as this is more 'on topic' (XOOPS), than a general google.

Sorry, I can't tell you what happened to your site, but I do know of the 'new' headline module developed by GIJOI, called xhl (Xoop HeadLines Display), which is also duplicatable (=install multiple times).

Try Search, the tool of knowledgeable webcitizens (and those that run web sites).
