I have experience a similar problem. But it was on a site that I had trouble 'un-installing' wf-sections. It was a test site, so I assumed it was related. so I created another test site. And tried again, but to no avail.

So i assume it's something wrong with the module itself.
and moved on.

If anyone has any answer it would be nice...

I'm wondering how much load and stress testing the Dev Team has put XOOPs through and if there are any published results?
ie. amount of content it can handle (effectively) and how many users it can handle, etc, etc...

I don't know all the terminology but I think someone may know what I mean.

If it doesn't yet exist and if it's even possible.. I'd like to see a clear recipe for creating objected oriented modules. In the sense that a module 'abc' handles all things related 'abc'. And then another module called 'def' the does all things related to 'def' objects. Then another module called 'catergories' that does nothing but categories, except that a user should be able to fill these categories with the objects handled by 'abc' and 'def'.

If I am correct that 3rd party modules could be as object-oriented as php allows, then am I correct in assuming that an given OO module could expose its objects and methods to another module? Or am I totally off base?

Anyone know anything about this????

There is this option to make one your Tiny content pages your home page.

But either there is a bug or I don't understand how to "un-select".

I tried deleting the home page, but then everything went wacky.

I can change it to another tiny content page, but can't seem to unselect it. so that none are my home page.

anyone else have this problem?

Can we upgrade a xfsections-104-2 module to this new one without losing old articles?

Good work marcan. I was about to try an decipher 'patterns' but you've done it!.
thanks.

I wonder if the 'spaces' issue is just a matter of refining the pattern?

Ok. found the code. Thanks Dave for sticking with us through this.

Is there a 'patterns to english' dictionary available?

I wonder as I look at this code, if what we want isn't already there? or close to it?

I mean if siteurl and img patterns and replacements are available, you wouldn't think it'd be a big stretch to have create siteimg pettern/replacement combo.

How do I/we deicpher those patterns? and their replacements?

Slowly getting enlightened here. Nice feature that debug..
But for clarification...

Could you expand upon the term "module pages" <- what do you mean by this?

And when you say: "you can use anywhere" do you mean in templates or blocks that contain PHP script? or by anywhere do you mean I could also use these variables (using the wysiwyg editor) while creating an 'article' for the 'news' module? and if so could you give an example? of how to use $xoops_url to define the source of an image?
