If you just want to modify mydownloads to allow file uploads, there is a hack for that here.

You mean something like this?

It would be cool to have a module module available to the community though, XooperMod is only usable on worldware.com.

Or, instead of starting all over, you could download public_html/mainfile.php, edit the lines that point to the directory location, & reupload it.

Has IPB already been ported to XOOPS 2.0.13?

Be sure that it has, and be sure that you have the right version of IPB - it must match your XOOPS version.

If this doesn't help, I'm sure m0nty will know...

Hi Andy,

Firstly, welcome to the wonderful world of XOOPS :)

The FAQ here (pointed out above) has a lot of information about getting started with XOOPS theme creation, including a dissection of the default theme, as well as links to other helpful information, including a Flash tutorial.

If you are a fast learner & prefer to learn as you create, you could probably bypass reading all that & start with MyXoopsExtensions, available for Dreamweaver MX as well as Dreamweaver MX 2004.
The MyXoopsExtensions FAQ should contain enough information to help you get started creating your own XOOPS themes today.
