congratulation for the nice theme
I tested it in IE8,anf fierfox,and I have 2 remarks:
- the rounded corners dosn't work on IE, you can use IE pie to resolve this problem
- the bubble also dosnt work on ie, I tried this effect in a website I did from few months ago, and I faced the same issue in ie, and after looking for a solution, I found that the js file contains an error in hard-coded sizes to variables, I change them and this is my js file, maybe it will be useful. I am sure it working well

I have a xoops website running on XOOPS 2.5 and publisher's rss feed is working well

I advise you to get the latest version of publisher from google codes

there is a picture called : blank.gif inside the folder uploads, it's a blank picture, you can create on your photoshop or your favorite picture's editor an image to be used as default for new users, then save it as : blank.gif and upload it to the same path, it means the uploads folder and replace the current blank one.
try it and let me know the results

really I appreciate it a lot.But I think it was better to put your real name,anyway no problem.
Yes aph3x is the leader in xoops design,and all xoopsers even themes designers know well this reality,and I think there is no website powered by xoops didn't try his themes or at least take a look and be inspired.
maybe because you still newbie,I advise you to read more about aph3x,to visit his website,and dont hesitate to ask him a question in photoshop or css,try to understand how he choose topics,colors,scripts...etc and how he implants them in a theme, after that review this post you will know well why I am saying he's a leader in design.

One question : we have now 2.5 rc2, and we have 2.4.5. stable version, so why you still using 2.3?
