You could also go into your theme.html and postion the center-left and center-right blocks above the center block.
I know that sounds confusing but it's pretty easy. What theme are you using?

In Content Type choose Auto Format. Instead of HTML that should do it.

I don't use that module. But I downloaded it and gave it a try to see what you were talking about. I see what your saying there is no button to approve or anything. Maybe someone that uses this will see this post and help you out.

But I would start out with 2.0.13.1 Full and then take a look at this site Xoops for Dummies and if that tutorial helps you out you can download the ebook of it HERE
