when i'm using XOOPS i often get error message looks like this:
eg.
Constant _DB_POSLINE_DESC already defined in file /modules/backup/language/english/modinfo.php line 24
so i'would like to know what should i understand by this;
that some constant is already defined somewhere...
as u can see i know where and what

what can i do to get rid of this kind of error messages?

Ok. Hate this constant errors..
After insatalling article module or xoopspolls they seems to be ok. But module is not working properly...; After clicking on module icon(entering the module) i keep gerring this error message

there is not much to recreate.
I started today allover again.
Installed 2.0.18 and some modules. After i installed eg module
"article" or "smartSection" or "Wf-channel" i'm no longer enable to change blocks in admin menu.
It keep saying that I don't have premmision to blocks section.
But i DO(checked it). When all of this modules are OFF its ok.
I would say that is obvious and major bug somewhere here
