Make sure the version you have is the latest which is v1.5. after you decompress the archive you will notice that the files inside the folders are also archived, these must be decompressed also. Once you have evervything unarchived upload your module folder and try to install again. If you have trouble send me an email and I can send you a 1.5 (without all the sub-archives) that worked for me.

It sounds like you may need to go to the system preferences control panel and update your template. Look in General Settings for "Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory?", choose yes and submit. See if this makes your block visible.

Hi seventhseal,
I am interested in testing and providing constuctive input for your real estate module. I have worked closely with a number of real estate agencies as a computer, web, and media consultant. I helped a Colorado company in this manner with a MLS style hosting environment for realtor wesites. I have my own test environment for XOOPS 2.2.x; 2.0.13x; php4 and 5. I also have accounts on commercial hosting environments that I can use for testing.

Looks like you need a module to handle content, Actually "Content" is a good one.

Yeah, I dealt with this too. I ended up hard coding into the theme file, and added some creative renaming of modules like "Content" to "Organizational Information"

Go to module administration and try updating your content module so it sends the updated file to the database. See what happens and let us know.

You need to edit your template file.

The file name is ct_index.html, find it at /modules/content/templates/ct_index.html

look for:

<div class="printandemail">
<a href="print.php?id=<{$id}>" target="_new"><img src="<{$xoops_url}>/modules/content/images/print.gif" alt="" width="36" height="35" border="0" align="absmiddle"></a>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
<a href="<{$mail_link}>"><img src="<{$xoops_url}>/modules/content/images/email.gif" alt="" width="35" height="35" border="0" align="absmiddle"></a></div>
</div>

remove this and upload your edited file.

Be sure to make a backup copy first just in case.

As for the edit/new icons, these won't show for people without admin access and they are handy to have when you want to fix an exiting page or make a new one fast.
