Info on this would be sweet. But I really need the final with a IPB board mod to newbb2 converter.

I'm hoping someone does a converter that converts X-IPBM to newbb2

A good dating module would be put to good use on my site. My users are always asking for something like that. Preferably with Hot or Not features too.

What do the abbreviations actually mean though?

HP = ?
MP = ?
EXP = ?

I'd love a petition module too. I run a community site and there's always someone angry about something.

Problems I have found with this module:

1) When guests enter the chatroom, they are all known as 'guest' instead of 'guest' 'guest1' 'guest2' etc. So there's no difference between one guest and another - so you have no idea who you are chatting to.

2) As mentioned above, _MA_XCHATSELROOM appears in the box with all the different chatrooms available.

3) BIGGEST PROBLEM, when you are invited for a private chat on pressing 'approve' you get an error message.

4) The Shoutbox - anything that's entered in the chatwindow, only comes out with one character per line.

5) Standard room can't be deleted without causing problems.

Anyone going to fix this, as I think it has the potential to be a really good module if fixed.

Has this been fixed in version 1.3.3.3?

I'm using 1.3.3.3 and when I move a gallery into 1st place, all the others go out of order. Then when I attempt to move them back to their correct place the 1st one will move to into the wrong place. So in effect I can't sort the albums, and new albums always go to the last page at the bottom - new albums NEED to appear at the top. Ideally I need my Xoopsgallery to sort albums in date order (date of upload/update).

This is really annoying me and my members!

The problem with doing that is that you cannot upload a picture with the article as when you go to edit the event, the button to upload a picture is gone.

This is a problem for my site...

Well you got it half right. In the hands of someone who knows what they are doing XOOPS is anything but amateur. In the hands of someone who is good with code AND knows what they are doing you can make things look very nice indeed.

However an amateur could very well set up a site in 10 minutes using XOOPS with little knowledge - it's so easy, but it would look like a standard-issue XOOPS site.

I've learned so much about SQL and PHP using Xoops.

Xoops itself is by no means amateur
