I have a blanc screen when i click on a catagory.
The strange thing is that can go to the direct link of a file.

Has anyone an idea ?

Hello thanks for your response.

I haven't upgraded jet because there was in de beginning of XOOPS 2.2 not enough modules working so i waited, maybe now is a good time to change.
Clears the problem aswell.

I did empty the cache and the templat_c files but no change, and i tried to use other editors them the standard xoopeditor but they also gave that same problem.

But i will take a look at that site of Mark Boyden.

Thanks and greetings.

Hello,

all of sudden my xoopseditor which i use in smartsection doesn' t function anymore in newly created pages.
A page which i created yesterday number 89 or if i create one now gives this problem. But old articles still can be changed..
When i want to edit an article it doesn't show the complete page anymore, just the half of the page, and also the dropmenu' s in the adminsection at the left don' t work anymore.

So maybe it isn't the editor but something else, i just don't know what...

I am using XOOPS 2.0.18 and smartsection 2.13 and i have made no upgrades or changes.

Does anyone has an idea how this comes?

Thanks
Greetings.

Well i alos had informed my host of my problem and that I suspected I was hacked, wich wasn't so, and they have repaired those 2 sql tables.
After that i was able to log in again, they said they were very badly damaged..but oke I can continue my work.

Could this be caused by caching?

Hello Catzwolf thanks for your quick response.

1. have done that,
2. also and discovered that 2 tables are corrupt my session table and protector_accesses I marked them for repair and got the response the tables are already up to date.
3. no difference
4. haven't done that jet, have to search first how to.

I also cleared my cache and templates_c folders.

Keep you informed.

I am dutch so sorry for my english.

This morning I logged in to my site and after I was forwarded to my starting page as usual I didn't get the blocks to see who are only normally only visible to me (webmaster), so I tried typing admin.php but he said I didn't have the rights to......

I run XOOPS 2.0 version most up to date aswell the module protector also up to date.
The site is still accessable for the public and nothing seems to be altered.

I am working on a intro page of a site. It's a html page going to be wrapped by a module, myhome or smartsection i don't know jet.
On that page i want to have the newsblock 'recent news' showing its content, how can i intergrate that block into a html page ?

Quote:
It is indeed the &, that causes these kind of problems in the validation. It should be encoded as & amp; (without the space) by passing it trough the appropriate php function (htmlspecialchars) and settings . To get it right, changements may be needed in the core and/or the module.

Does it mean I have to look in the core of the news module ? Because in the templates I found nothing.

How can I see the assignment that it generate "PHPSESSID" in the code.

@ trabis

so that means it lies in the core of XOOPS ?
