When I search for something on my site, instead of getting the usual formatted page, I get a page with the results that a a simple white page with no side bars or top.

What could be causeing this?

That's useful but by putting very specific data fields into the profile, you encourage users to fill them in.

I know that such modules exist for some XOOPS competitors and given the success of "Friends Reunited" type sites, I thought it would add something valuable.

I would like to have extended user profiles, so that the users can add extra information about themselves. I have already install the new user page module which I think will be a big help.

Is there a module that has such user profiles? It would make for better community building.

A friend of mine has a Blog with regular podcasts and wishes to update his site. I suggested Xoops, as he is a technophobe and I only really know Xoops.

How would we manage Podcasts, is there a suitable module?
