All I basicly want to move are the users_sql.
Since the new X 2.0.6 is running perfect now - this way I have a chance to clean up all the FTP mess as well :)
Migrating the entire DB is simply not possible - the forum alone is +26MB - "timeout" anyway. users_sql is alone +3MB alone -
So if I just could get help to convert this users.sql table I would be happy -

from 1.3.8 to 2.0.6
Issue:
this is the table from 1.3.8

I asked this question quite some time ago but never recived an answer, think it was overlooked.
Running XOOPS 1.3.8 and I would like to upgrade to the latest XOOPS ver.
What are the procedures and is it possible.
I will only do the attemt if you suggest so cause we have about 12.000 registered users and forum DB is +20MBSQL file
And its a headache to move the database at once I constantly get time outs due to the size. But I will upgrade if i KNOW FOR A FACT THAT IT WORKS AND HAVE THE EXACT PROCEDURES REGARDING THE UPGRADE - Ups sorry bout the uppercase :)

Using 1.3.8

What am I doing wrong ????
i edited the 2 PHP´s exactly as decribed - NOw my page
is blank - so now users dont have login problems anymore - cause now the page is not shoving at all LOL.
What did I miss ?
** I really need to make this work out of 2.000 unique users
aday apx. 20% are able to login.
*** I really cant expect people to tamper arround with cookie settings and firewall setting all the time.
**** 90% of our support time goes with explaining how to login. And people dont understand why since they dont have problems login in on there online banking sites and other sites that are much more secure than a XOOPS page.
***** Loosing visitors all the time - shame ince XOOPS is the far best portal site to run.

And my Whos Online is still completly useless - Its showing whatever it feels like LOL - out of 30 members online it shows 4 ;)- Wonder how you make it work here on xoops-org - but thats offcause 2.0 so i hope its fixed there

yes! Please do something about the neverending cocckie / firewall problem - loosing users on site due to loginproblems.
Then I find a hack to this problem on the site - and the moderator of that forum is just answering *we cant recomend it, due to security issues*
