if you want just to hide the versioning, just delete version from the template or wherever it is, and than in the new article area, you can just modify the versioning checkboxes or whatever they are, to ON by default - checkbox[new version]? = set always to yes.

sorry for nonPro help, but i did it for myself a long time ago and so i'm just giving you the psevdocode :P

instead of: admin.php?fct=groups
write: admin.php?fct=groups&

& in the end... tricky

Hey, had the same problem: the problem is, so they say in other posts, that the server provider has very high security, which doesn't allow groups in the url or somehting... the explaining post

i found a solution:
instead of: admin.php?fct=groups
write: admin.php?fct=groups&

& in the end... tricky

can someone who knows, tell me how to automaticly set the read permission eg. for anonymous users for new topics.

i would like to just add a new topic, that would have the read permissions auto-set
