Hi
this isn't exactly a problem with the module - it's a user problem.

On our gallery -http://www.maranoa.org.au/xoops/modules/xcgal/, when you go into the Roma Show thumbnails, the theme means you can't see the menus at the bottom of the page - to navigate through pages.
I edited the main CSS in XCgal, and then updated the module, but I must be doing the wrong thing, because I haven't made any difference.

Can anyone enligten me to my mistake and poin t me in the right direction please?

Basil

I installed xfguestbook V2 on XOOPS 2.06.
It appeared to load OK - I configured most options that I could see.

It displays ok, but when you go to enter into the guestbook, there's no way to enter info - no text boxes etc.

Can anyone suggest what I may have done wrong?
It can be viewed at www.maranoa.org.au.

Hi
is there a XOOPs module for e-commerce that allows for more than 1 business to participate.

Our site at www.maranoa.org.au/xoops was initially setup (about 7 years ago) as an incubator for small business. Technology they used at the time didn't allow this to happen.

Now we've swqitched to XOOPS (best move we ever made), I'd like to revisit samll shops, we're traders of unique products from our region, can sell them online, but basically control their own shop.

Look forward to your replies.

Thanks for the advice.
2 ques.

1)Can I upgrade to anear current version, or do I have to do them 1 by 1. Seems very tedious.

2) Can I be sure the modules I use will all be compatible with new versions of Xoops??

Cheers

I'm running XOOPS 2.0.6, and want to change the default number of letters from 5 back to 4. Our town name is Roma - so 4 makes sense.

Where can I alter this setting??

Cheers

With regard to altering the code for the title bar - the dark blue backround in the theme: here's some code from the CSS
td#centerCcolumn legend.blockTitle {padding: 3px 10px; background-color: #000053; color: #DDDDFF; font-weight:bold;margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px;  margin-left: 0px;}

how can I alter that so it's about 300px wide?

Yeh I guess people still do!
I have been gradually updating from prev versions - I've done 2 upgrades so far.

I have a test site that uses 2.2.3 - but can I upgrade to that level in one go - without losing existing content.

I am concerned about security issues - and also compatibilty with the various modules (which there are quite a few of) that I'm using.

any advice gratefully recieved.

Hi
I'm using XOOPS 2.06 with 8tem-bluetolight theme on our site at www.maranoa.org.au/xoops.

I'd liekt o know if there's a way to have a consistent title bar length - so the site lloks more uniform.

I tried putting spaces in the WYSIWYG editor, bt it seemed to disregard and returned an error when I put in

Am I asking the impossible?
