I just loaded XOOPS for the first time and started messign around with it and I realized when I set up the forums that smilies and rank pics are not showing up.
Is there something I have to do to activate these or did it load wrong?

ok, I was afrad it wasnt something simple......I guess if I want to use banners, the easy thing would be to look for a theme that has banners incorporated already?

I'd love the theme karate_redux_blue but can someone just change the color scheme to red? keep everything else the same.

I just started using XOOPS and I want to use the Red_Dragon theme but the banners are not there when I install the theme. I want to use the banner interface XOOPS offers.
