I just started using XOOPS and I want to use the Red_Dragon theme but the banners are not there when I install the theme. I want to use the banner interface XOOPS offers.

How can I get the banner to show up?

Thanks for the help!

well, you'll have to add the "hotspot" for where the banner will appear. To do so, modify the theme.html file for the Red_Dragon theme and add the following where you want the banner to be displayed in the page:
<{$xoops_banner}>

I'm not familiar with that theme at all, but depending on how it is written, it might take some modifications to the underlying HTML for the theme to display your banners where you want them.

ok, I was afrad it wasnt something simple......I guess if I want to use banners, the easy thing would be to look for a theme that has banners incorporated already?
