User banning

How can I ban a user? I know that this is a silly question, but I have noticed that my users have more than one IP address so IP banning is not working. Is there another way?

Site info block question

Site info question
How can I put in site info block new groups? Temporally only webmaster group is shown, but I want to add new group that I created (moderators group). I want to see that group in block. How can I do that?

Renamed files in which way?
All my files are in midi (.mid) format. The files look like:
nameofthesong.mid, secondsong.mid..............
And still, my users can’t access those files. Only I can access them.

The exact thing happened to me!
I was installing new themes and everything was OK. Then, I selected the new theme from the switcher box and I saw that my logo is not in right size. Then I have deleted the old logo.gif and uploaded the new logo.gif. And still, everything was fine. But when I pressed the refresh button, everything turned blank and I can't fix that. I tried switching to default theme and everything else but my site is still blank!
Is there a way to fix this?

Custom session problem

I have a strange problem with custom session settings.
When I turn custom session OFF, it still affects my site (after the time I have selected the site kicks all my members including me).
When I turn custom session on, it works normally, after the time expires site only logged out my members, not kicked.
And if I set the session expiration to 0, it log outs everyone every few seconds.
Is there a way to fix this?
I have upgraded my XOOPS to 2.0.7.3

I installed that module after the problems started. I though that maybe I'm attacked so I installed that module. When I deactivate that module, everything is the same. My site goes crazy every few hours.
