Re: Upgraded ExCal from 2.22 to 2.37 on XOOPS 2.5.6

I have cleared my cache by going into admin/maintenance...clean cache folders and I've done all 3 types. I do not run any custom templates either so I am at a loss here why this is still happening.

Any updates on this issue? I'm working fine on ExtCal 2.22, but want to be up to date since the module says its outdated.

Thanks....

Yes all the cache was cleared. I went into admin, selected maintenance, hightlighted the 3 cache's under clean cache folder, then selected send wich rendered an OK. Why the blank homepage too once the upcoming events block is enabled again? I had the upcoming events block enabled on the previous 2.22 version and the upgrade disabled it.

Upgraded ExCal from 2.22 to 2.37 on XOOPS 2.5.6

Versions:
XOOPS Version XOOPS 2.5.6
PHP Version 5.3.26
mySQL Version 5.1.70-cll

I have updated several weeks ago from XOOPS 2.5.5 to 2.5.6 and all was working fine with ExCal 2.22. I updated ExCal from 2.22 to 2.37 today and I've noticed several issues after doing so:

1. Used to use the Upcoming Event block, after upgrade it was disabled. Enabled it and my homepage goes blank white page. I went back and disabled the Upcoming Events block and all was back to normal.

2. Under Events, the headers are all missing for the the following:
path /modules/extcal/calendar-month.php
.../calendar-week.php
.../year.php
.../month.php
.../week.php
.../day.php

When the headers are clicked upon, you received the following error message:

A problem has occurred on our server!
Page is currently unavailable

We are working on a fix
Please come back soon ...

Error : Handler does not exist
Module: extcal
Name: Events

I have confirmed that the files do exist. So what is the issue here when they all worked in the prior version?

Re: Registration challenge questions?

Unfortunately I am not savvy enough to alter this code. I have created a work around to have the complimentary page have validation questions. I still would like to have the email notifications sent with the questions making it a few less steps for activation. If the email notification had the validation questions, then its easy as a click of the button to activate them over currently having to login and look at each profile to validate.

Unfortunately this modification to code is above my expertise here....

Re: Registration challenge questions?

For now until I can get the email submission information to move forward, where is this data stored when a new user signs up so I can still validate the answers?

Registration challenge questions?

version: XOOPS 2.5.6
user profile: 1.85

I have created two new fields (ex-question_1 & question_2) which now show up in my basic registration process and are required. What I want to do is to be able to have these show up in the admin activation email that is sent for approval. What is the name of this email form and what changes would be necessary to include these two field responses in the notification email to further validate the approvals?

Thanks in advance...

I have cleared all my cache and the errors still exist.

These are all errors coming from Cache, so I am afraid, the Cache clearing didn't work.

How did you do the cache clearing? Can you provide exact steps?
