Cloning Smart Section 2.13

I have searched the smart factory site to clone the smart section v. 2.13. They have briefed here to do that

I adopted the procedure but in the end, when I tried to install it I got the following error message:

Unable to install smartsection. Error(s):
Module smartsection already exists.
Can anybody help resolving that?
I don't need clones of previous versions provided by smart factory.

Using index entries or list of contents in Smart Section

I have loads of articles with 200+ pages, I am using Smart Section version 2.13 and 2.12 to manage these. I need a list of contents either on a side (with IFrame), or any other way.
Can some one help, how I can do that?

Pagination in Smart Section

I have articles with lot of pages, even 200+ pages or so. I am using smart section version 2.13 and 2.12 as well. But the way it paginates, does not fit my site, we need a drop down list of all the pages. As in pagination, it only shows, start and end pages in the list.
Is it possible to do so?
I shall be highly grateful for any sort of help in this regards.

No image is being shown in my site

Hi all!
I have got an amazing problem in my site. It was working fine, but suddenlty no image is being shown on my site. Amazingly in any module and in administration menu, there is no image shown as well. There is just a simplified text every where.
Can some one help me on this problem?

It was working fine before. It has a lot of my data. I wrongly replaced functions.php file of a clone module of smart section (knowledge module) to add FCK editor paths. This error started after that.

Smart Section not allowing any change in published articles and no new article

I have got some problem with smart section, as stated above. The error message is as follows:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: smartsection_tag_module_included() in /home3/....mysite/public_html/modules/smartsection/admin/item.php on line 273

Can someone inform how to resolve it? I am using SmartSection 2.13 with XOOPS 2.0.16

Error is as follows:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare knowledge_isxoops22() (previously declared in /home3/mysite/public_html/modules/smartsection/include/functions.php:16) in /home3/mysite/public_html/modules/knowledge/include/functions.php on line 15

Now how to resolve it?
I tried to deactivate the knowledge module but its still the same error?
I don't want to loose the data of smart section, will I have to deactivate that module too? Will the data be lost?
