u have to delete all the content in templates_c folder
then update your forum from modules admin
it will work

look at the codes there in the file then add you links under the code

or use imenu module wow its nice for you

just add this tag to your style.css
body { direction : rtl; }

you have to learn html and css lang because you have to edit all the templates
