I've just updated to XOOPS 2.05 and when sending a reply somewhere in a forum as answer on a previous message, a white page shows up ! However, when closing the site and reopen, it seems that the message is uploaded, because it appears in the forum.

Please any help, i didn't had this problem in the previous version.

Very urgent.

u have to delete all the content in templates_c folder
then update your forum from modules admin
it will work

Hi,

If i delete all the content in the templates_c folder, will everything still work fine in my XOOPS website? It seems weird to me, because i have another site runing on Xoops, and after upgrading this one, no problem at all !

What do you mean with "then update your forum from modules admin". Does it mean that i have to upload everything under the upgrade "modules" directory after deleting all the files in the "templates_c" directory?

hi

take my steps for my upgrading

1- upload all the content in the patch file to my site
2- delete all the content of templates_c folder
3- in the XOOPS admin page go to modules admin then update all the modules which has updated in the patch file

xoops wil built all the pages for you from you template
dont worry you may not delete all the files no problem but you must update your moudles from admin modules in XOOPS admin

I've just did as showed in your message and... nope... is not helping me at all

you can know what this error by run php debugging from Preferences
then you will see everything
